Appliance Delivery & Installation Technician
Appliances 4 Less Denver is a growing company specializing in appliance sales, delivery, and installation. Our team is committed to providing excellent customer service and professional installations. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our crew as an Appliance Delivery & Installation Technician.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers
- Safely load, transport, and deliver appliances to customer homes and businesses
- Move appliances with shoulder straps weighing up to 400 lbs with a teammate
- Disconnect and remove haul away appliances
- Install appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, microwave, etc.) according to manufacturer and company guidelines
- Ensure proper connections (water, gas, electrical) and test for correct operation
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries
- Receive, unload and test appliance shipment
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed
- Maintain delivery truck cleanliness and work station organized
- Follow all safety procedures and handle appliances with care
- Read plans and specs etc. to have a proper install
- Stay up-to-date with appliance models and features
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have at least 1 year experience with appliance delivery and installation
- Ability to lift and move heavy appliances
- Ability to operate company delivery vehicles (box truck)
- Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Organized and thorough
- Honest and accountable
- Background screening
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Compensation
- Hourly Pay + PTO (full time positions)
Appliance Sales Associate
Appliances 4 less Denver is dedicated to make appliance shopping experience easy and provide the best products and services for our customers. We are looking for a full time motivated appliance sales associate to join our high performance team, working in an independent environment while making base pay plus uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding appliances and services
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Label sold appliances and check delivery dates
- Pack and load merchandise for pickups
- Chat with customers online during presale stage
- Post online marketing advertisements
- Create and reach out to customer leads
- Receive, verify and clean inventory
- Restock accessory parts
- Keep sales floor and appliances clean and organized
- Maintain customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with appliance features and industry trends
Qualifications
- Spanish bilingual is encouraged
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Physically able to move appliances with a dolly
- Friendly and cheerful working attitude
- Active listening skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Compensation
- Base Pay + Commission + PTO (full time positions)
