As a full time salesperson at Appliances 4 Less, you will play an important role in supporting the company to succeed and grow, work in an independent environment while making base plus uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify inventory
- Clean appliances
- Report and document missing parts and accessory
- Selling appliances and services to customers
- Pack and load customer merchandise for pickups
- Chat with customers online during presale stage
- Create and reach out to customer leads
- Keep salesfloor and appliances clean and organized
- Provide customer feedback to the store manager and maintain customer relationships
- Research and stay up-to-date with appliance models and features
- Make delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Spanish speaking is encouraged
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Physically able to move appliances with dolly
- Friendly and cheerful working attitude
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Customer service orientated
- Organized and thorough
